Mental Health Awareness Week 2019 will take place from 13th – 19th May. The theme for 2019 is

Body Image: How we think and feel about our bodies.

Body image is a concern for many people.

This week we consider the reasons why our body image can impact the way that we feel and act. Margarita will be hosting free events on the 18th and 19th of May to support the Body Image programme.

Saturday 18th May –    Body Image Day at Guildford Friary centre

Margarita is the Chief Happifier and will empower you to change your outlook on the world. Be happier. Be more confident. Be calmer. Be more awesome! Learn how to work with your body and use simple techniques to overcome low self-esteem. (calmcurious.com)

ADD JEWELLERY FOR THAT PERFECT LOOK
