How to work together: what are the options?

One-to-one sessions

These can be particularly useful if:

  • You need an experienced mentor and coach who can make changes happen with scientifically proven tools and techniques.
  • You need an accountability ‘buddy’ who ensures actions are completed and ‘nudges’ you in the right direction.

  • Margarita’s becalmify course was brilliant!
